- CVs are only stored on the VECTRA Google Drive and not on private computers to limit cybersecurity risks.
- Only team members involved in the recruitment process have access to CVs.
- CVs are not shared with team members not involved in recruitment or third parties.
- CVs are deleted from VECTRA’s IT systems six months after the recruitment process ends.
- If a CV is kept for future positions, the applicant will be informed.
- Applicants are informed that their data will only be stored for the recruitment process and deleted afterward.
