Fully remote freelance: We are seeking a dynamic and purpose-driven professional to join our team as a Senior Consultant ESG – Social. The successful candidate will lead business development and sales initiatives while advising clients on transformative and sustainable practices across sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Consulting: Provide expert advisory services related to one or more from the below:
- Enhance supply chain due diligence and risk management.
- Establish, review and help organizations in implementing sustainability strategies.
- Cover social needs through e.g. evaluations and reporting.
- Support and / or manage ESG social /sustainability programs for organizations.
- Enable our clients to manage responsible business topics independently.
- Generate positive impact and measurable improvement through every project with focus on ROI.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling solutions.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5+ years in consulting and professional services B2B.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Environmental Science, or related fields.
- Deep understanding of social sustainability / responsible business topics, or socio-economic development frameworks.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills in English.
- Strong organizational and presentation skills, creative (ability to think outside the box), goal-oriented, self-starter, self-motivated with an entrepreneurial approach to business.
- Experience with Google Suite, CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho).
