We’re looking for a young, high-energy sales performer who’s already proven they can close deals, hit targets, and bring in revenue — and now wants to step into a bigger, more strategic role.
This is not a passive internship. This is a launchpad into a full Territorial Business Manager role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients (prospecting & lead generation)
- Build and manage a pipeline using CRM tools
- Learn and apply sales techniques (pitching, objection handling, closing)
- Work towards weekly performance targets
- Drive territory-based sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
- Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently deliver measurable sales outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
What You’ll Do:
- Own and grow a sales territory
- Identify and close new business opportunities
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets
- Build strong client relationships that drive repeat business
- Manage and report on your sales pipeline and performance metrics
What You Must Bring:
- Up to 3 years in sales / business development
- Recent graduates or final-year students (Business, Marketing, or similar)
- Self-starters with strong communication skills
- Competitive, target-driven personalities
- Real exposure to sales cycles up to 750,000+ deal value
- Confidence in pitching, negotiating, and closing
