We’re looking for a young, high-energy sales performer who’s already proven they can close deals, hit
targets, and bring in revenue — and now wants to step into a bigger, more strategic role.
This is not a passive internship. This is a launchpad into a full Territorial Business Manager role.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive territory-based sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently deliver measurable sales outcomes
Build and nurture long-term client relationships
Execute high-impact sales presentations and negotiations
Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics and performance KPIs
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
Represent the brand with professionalism, energy, and confidence in the market
What You’ll Do:
Own and grow a sales territory
Identify and close new business opportunities
Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets
Build strong client relationships that drive repeat business
Manage and report on your sales pipeline and performance metrics
Be in the field, in conversations, and in control of your numbers
What You Must Bring:
Up to 3 years in sales / business development
A proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets
Real exposure to sales cycles up to 750,000+ deal value
Ability to show proof of performance (targets vs results)
Confidence in pitching, negotiating, and closing
