Sales Associate Intern

We’re looking for a young, high-energy sales performer who’s already proven they can close deals, hit targets, and bring in revenue — and now wants to step into a bigger, more strategic role.

This is not a passive internship. This is a launchpad into a full Territorial Business Manager role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients (prospecting & lead generation)
  • Build and manage a pipeline using CRM tools
  • Learn and apply sales techniques (pitching, objection handling, closing)
  • Work towards weekly performance targets
  • Drive territory-based sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently deliver measurable sales outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and grow a sales territory
  • Identify and close new business opportunities
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Build strong client relationships that drive repeat business
  • Manage and report on your sales pipeline and performance metrics

What You Must Bring:

  • Up to 3 years in sales / business development
  • Recent graduates or final-year students (Business, Marketing, or similar)
  • Self-starters with strong communication skills
  • Competitive, target-driven personalities
  • Real exposure to sales cycles up to 750,000+ deal value
  • Confidence in pitching, negotiating, and closing
