Marketing Manager (Global Markets)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager with global experience to lead and execute
marketing strategies across multiple regions. This role requires a strong understanding of international
markets, cross-cultural communication, and the ability to drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and
revenue on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:
Global Strategy Development
 Design and implement integrated marketing strategies across key international markets
 Align global campaigns with regional market needs and cultural nuances
Brand Management
 Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all geographies
 Adapt brand strategies to resonate with diverse audiences
Campaign Execution
 Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, content, paid media)
 Manage global product launches and regional rollouts
Market Research & Insights
 Analyze global market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior
 Translate insights into actionable strategies
Performance & Analytics
 Track KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI across regions
 Use data to drive continuous improvement and decision-making
Stakeholder Management
 Collaborate with regional teams, sales, product, and external agencies

 Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure successful execution

Education and Experience:
 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
 5–8+ years of marketing experience, with proven global or multi-market exposure
 Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and campaign management
 Experience working across different regions (e.g., EMEA, APAC, Americas)
 Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
 Exceptional communication and cross-cultural collaboration abilities
 Strong understanding of remote-first marketing leadership, including how to build rhythm,
accountability, and high-quality output across distributed teams, time zones, and external partners
 Experience building marketing operating systems, including campaign planning, content governance,
brand standards, and internal enablement so Sales and delivery teams can consistently use and
amplify messaging
