Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly creative Digital Creator with 5+ years of experience. who can
design, produce, and manage visual content across multiple platforms and formats. This role
blends graphic design, video production, AI-powered creativity, and marketing know-
how to create visuals that don’t just look good — they sell emotionally.
You’ll be responsible for everything from social media graphics to internal marketing assets,
event visuals, and video content, while ensuring each piece is optimized for its platform and
audience.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Digital Content
Create platform-specific graphics and videos tailored for channels such as TikTok,
LinkedIn, Instagram, and others (no one-size-fits-all content).
Understand what works visually and emotionally on each platform and adapt designs
accordingly.
Develop engaging visuals that support brand storytelling and drive conversions.
Graphic Design & Brand Assets
Design internal and external marketing materials, including:
o PowerPoint / pitch deck templates
o Business cards
o Email signatures
o Sales and marketing collateral
Create all visual assets for conferences, events, and exhibitions, ensuring strong
brand presence and impact.
Maintain visual consistency while pushing creative boundaries.
Video & AI-Enhanced Production
Handle video editing and videography for marketing and social content.
Use AI tools to enhance design, video production, editing, animation, and creative
workflows.
Experiment with new tools and formats to keep content fresh and high-performing.
Marketing & Tech Integration
Work with CRM systems and understand how visuals integrate into marketing
funnels and campaigns.
Support asset creation for email marketing, landing pages, and automated workflows.
Website & CMS Management
Update and manage website content using WordPress.
Ensure visuals, videos, and layouts are optimized and up to date.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong graphic design skills with a sharp eye for layout, typography, and colour.
Proven experience creating channel-specific social media content.
Video editing and basic videography experience.
Hands-on experience using AI tools for creative production.
Working knowledge of CRM platforms and marketing integrations.
Experience managing and updating websites on WordPress.
Ability to create visuals that stand out, evoke emotion, and support sales goals.
Nice to Have
Motion graphics or animation skills
Experience supporting event branding or large-scale marketing campaigns
Understanding of performance-driven design (what converts vs. what just looks nice)
