Content & Marketing Communications Lead

(Content Copywriter / Social Media Marketer)
Role Summary
This role leads VECTRA’s content and marketing communications across ESG,
sustainability, supply chains, risk, and AI. You will create clear, engaging content, manage
the brand narrative, use AI and modern tools, and help drive business growth through strong
marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities
 Create and manage thought leadership content across digital and social channels
 Turn complex technical and regulatory topics into clear, engaging content
 Write and oversee blogs, social posts, white papers, reports, and case studies
 Define and maintain VECTRA’s brand story, positioning, and messaging
 Plan and execute integrated marketing and communication campaigns
 Use AI tools to speed up research, content creation, and reuse
 Ensure content accuracy, quality, and consistent messaging across channels
 Work closely with consultants, analysts, sales, and leadership teams
 Track performance and improve content based on engagement and sales impact
 Use new technologies and creative ideas to increase reach, visibility, and revenue

Skills & Competencies
 Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
 Ability to simplify complex topics for business audiences
 Experience with social media, digital marketing, and content platforms
 Comfortable using AI tools and marketing technology
 Data-driven mindset with experience measuring performance
 Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
 Creative, innovative, and commercially focused

Qualifications
 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
 5+ years of experience in content marketing, communications, or brand marketing
 Experience in ESG, sustainability, consulting, risk, technology, or B2B services is a
plus
 Proven experience creating content that supports business growth
