We’re looking for a results-driven Business Solutions Consultant with strong mining industry experience to

business transformation, and delivering measurable impact. The consultant will work closely with senior
stakeholders, guide project teams, and develop innovative solutions for complex business challenges. This
role combines commercial instinct, structured thinking, and strong interpersonal capability to convert
conversations into well-defined engagements that support long-term partnerships
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with mining clients to identify challenges and deliver practical, high-impact solutions
Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and performance improvement across the mining value
chain
Lead solution design and support implementation of business and digital initiatives
Analyze data, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights
Support ESG and sustainability strategies within mining operations
Manage projects, stakeholders, and change processes end-to-end
Education and Experience:
5+ years’ experience in mining, consulting, or related fields
Strong understanding of mining operations and value chain
Proven problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in process improvement, strategy, or digital transformation
Relevant degree (Mining, Business or similar)
