Business Development Associate (High-Growth Opportunity)

This is an opportunity to take on increased responsibility working in an autonomous and entrepreneurial structure as a launchpad into a permanent role as a Territorial Business Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients (prospecting & lead generation)
  • Build and manage a pipeline using CRM tools
  • Meet or exceed weekly performance targets
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
