Business Solutions Consultant

About the Role
This is a strategic, results-driven role focused on leading client engagements, driving business
transformation, and delivering measurable impact. The consultant will work closely with senior stakeholders,
guide project teams, and develop innovative solutions for complex business challenges. This role combines
commercial instinct, structured thinking, and strong interpersonal capability to convert conversations into
well-defined engagements that support long-term partnerships

Key Responsibilities
Client & Stakeholder Management:
o Establish and maintain a consultive and trsuted relationship with key client decision-makers.
o Partner with senior client stakeholders to define business challenges and strategic priorities.
o Manage multiple projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
o Drive change management initiatives, know how transfer and ensure successful adoption of
solutions.
Consulting & Delivery:
o Analyze complex or unclear client situations and structure them into actionable problem
statements
o Co-create practical solutions that align with client priorities, resources, and timelines
o Identify cross-service opportunities and upsell pathways where relevant
o Lead end-to-end consulting engagements from diagnosis to implementation.
o Design and deliver data-driven solutions to improve performance, efficiency, and growth.
o Develop high-quality presentations, reports, and executive-level insights.
o Drive relentlessly client service and satisfaction
 Business Development & Leadership:
o Generate new business through networking, market analysis and prospecting.
o Develop a good understanding of and adherence to the organisation’s sales process.
o Identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposal development and sales efforts.
o Stay ahead of industry trends and bring thought leadership to clients.
