The Marketing & Operations Enablement Champion is responsible for driving operational excellence, scalability, and efficiency across Marketing & Communications through strong processes, data, and AI-enabled systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and continuously improve MarCom operating processes and workflows
- Identify and deploy AI-enabled tools to accelerate content creation, analysis, and reuse
- Build and maintain central content libraries, templates, and governance standards
- Develop dashboards and performance reporting across marketing activities
- Enable consultants and Sales teams with accessible, up-to-date marketing assets
- Drive efficiency through automation, standardization, and elimination of low-value work
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and traceability across MarCom systems
- Support change management and adoption of new tools and ways of working
- Use of the latest technology to drive the effectiveness and efficiency of MarCom with maximum results
- Drive innovation and future-forward techniques to capture target audiences’ attention
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing marketing operations and enablement functions, with responsibility for workflows, tools, and operational effectiveness across marketing activities.
- Experience supporting B2B or professional services marketing teams, ideally in consulting or knowledge-driven environments where consistency and credibility matter.
- Strong understanding of remote-first operational models, including coordinating processes, tools, and stakeholders across distributed teams.
- Experience designing and maintaining MarCom operating processes, including campaign workflows, content governance, and approval structures.
- Strong analytical and operational reporting capability, able to build dashboards and performance views that support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Hands-on experience with marketing technology and AI-enabled tools, including automation, content management, analytics, and workflow optimization.
- High level of attention to detail and process discipline, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability across MarCom systems and outputs.
- Comfort operating in complex, multi-tool environments, able to simplify, standardize, and improve ways of working.
- Systems thinker with a continuous improvement mindset, focused on efficiency, scalability, and elimination of low-value effort.
- Collaborative and enablement-oriented working style, supporting Sales, consultants, and marketing colleagues with accessible tools, assets, and guidance.
- Ability to balance speed and quality, ensuring marketing output scales effectively without compromising standards or governance.
